Abstract: | 本文敘述塊菌屬之種類,塊菇形成之過程,塊菇生育地之性質與培育方法。較佳之食用白色菇塊主為Tuber magnatum、黑色塊菇主為T. brumale、T. melanosporum、T. aestivum與T. mesentericum。 This species of Tuber, developing processes of truffle formation, site characteristics of truffle and culture methods were described in this paper. There are two kinds of better edible truffles, viz. the white and the black truffles; the former consists of T. magnatum, the examples of the latter are T. melanosporum, T. brumale, T. aestivum and T. mesentericum. |
