| dc.description.abstract | 為達到省時、省工、節省成本及增加單位面積產量之目的，國內外之學者有一共同研究並予推廣之趨向：即是將早期洋菇堆肥室外堆積30天左右之方法，漸漸演進改為堆積21、16、7、5、1天，甚至有完全取消室外堆積，只實施室內菇床上醱酵之方法，這種方法，有依靠延長後醱酵而達到促使堆肥完熟之目的者，亦有以加入特殊催化劑(Activator)或以特殊切碎及加溫後發酵方法達到堆肥快速發酵完熟之目的，這些方法中，洋菇產量有的初步可達180~200kg/噸堆肥，折合約為64~71 kg/坪，亦有利用隧道控制發酵方法，使產量高達329 kg/噸堆肥，折合約為117 kg/坪者。 | en_US |
