不同洋菇菌株間之菌絲癒合及癒合菌株之單孢後代性狀觀察

Abstract

來自單孢分離，菌絲片斷分離及形成於老洋菇菌絲上類似厚膜孢子的菌絲細胞分離，所得菌絲生長性狀特殊之不孕或產量極低的單孢菌株或營養體分離株，經予配對交配，得到菌絲生長正常的癒合菌株。 Mushroom strains with different cultural characters have been used for studies on anastomosis between them. They are derived from the isolation of mycelial fragments, single basidiospores or single chlamydospore-like hyphal cells formed on aged mycelia of Agaricus bisporus.
