洋菇多系品種及混合栽培方法之研究

Abstract

利用洋菇特有之生態，以多系品種栽培方法之觀點，探討洋菇品種、變種、品系、菌株間混合栽栽之最適方法及對產量之影響，作為改進生產方法之一種新的嘗試，以達到增產之目的。 In order to test the efect of multiline and mixed culture on yield of mushroom, four strains of white mushroom variety, one strain of brown variety, one strain of cream variety and one isolate of Agaricus bitorquis were mixed in various combinations and cultivated.
