Abstract: 
本試驗以各種不同的濃度的燻煙劑 (Selex rod ) 測其對五種供試病原真菌的抑制作用,空氣傳播病菌 Penicillium sp, Trichoderma sp, Aspergillus sp 藥劑濃度很低即有很大的抑制作用,土壤傳染病原菌,濃度低時抑制作用不明顯,高時腦菌完全控制 Verticillium agaricictum 在藥劑濃度達到 12g 時即可抑制約一半的生長,故此藥劑極適合菇舍消毒的使用。
Fungicidal smokes ( selex rod ) were used to determine their values in controlling the mushroom disease causal fungi.
It was very effective to control the air-born fungi; Penicilliumsp., Aspergillus sp. and Trichoderma sp. even in a very low concentration. On the concentration of 6 grams the truffle disease fungus (Diehliomyces microsporus ) was completely controlled and Verticillium agaricicatum was controlled about half of its growth. So fungicidal smokes ( selex rod ) are very effective in polyethylene mushroom house to control fungal disease.
