dc.description.abstract | 栽培種香菇7號及8號在25℃之溫度下,於六種不同培養基內培養的結果,燕麥洋菜培養基,酵母麥芽抽出物培養基及馬鈴薯蔗糖培養基較適合菌絲生長,野生品系霧社 (Wu-she) 及阿里山 (Arisan) 在該種培養基內生長情形與栽培種相近,唯生長速度一般比栽培種略緩。 For growing experiment, commercial strains #7, #8 and wild strains Wu-she, Arisan werer inoculated into 6 different media under 25℃. OMA, YMA and Potato sucrose agar are more suitable for mycelium growth. The growth rate of wild strains are slower than commercial strains. | en_US |
