Abstract: 
We developed and established a PCR-based detection platform assay for rapid screening of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), zucchini yellow virus (ZYMV), and cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) on melon for field samples. An internal positive control RNA to encure the accuracy of CMV, ZYMV, and CGMMV RNA detection by reverse transcription RT-PCR.
