為設計一種廉價,構造簡單而操作方便之微生物單胞分離器,作為食用菇類單胞選種及一般微生物研究之用,乃根據西德出品之Leitz Micoromaipulator分離器相反之原理,將其原有移動分離桿連帶微針改為控制分離桿,使微針固定於顯微鏡之焦點上,而製造完成了「針焦式」單胞分離器一種,本分離器經試驗結果,可以裝置在一般所使用的任何形式之顯微鏡上,而且在分離桿上可以隨時改配圈切器,微管或微針等,以配合在不同情況下分離不同微生個體或單胞個體之需,...
In order to design an isolator with simple operation and cheap price, I studied through many years of experiments and finally accomplished a new device name 'Tube-Tip and Focus Single Isolate'. The outstanding feature of this isolator is its handy structure attachable to any kind of microscope. There is a fine tip, fine tube and fine blade which are used to isolate the single cell from a sample.
