Abstract: 
為瞭解洋菇營養體之變異,測定菌絲生長異常之菌株之出菇力,乃將自白色品系洋菇#547之單孢菌株#8,所分離之營養體分離株#8-3與#8-21,分別予以栽培,結果於二菌株知各栽培盆,均出現三種子實體,其一為白色小形,擔子柄以兩孢為主之子實體,其二為黃褐色,擔子柄以四孢為主之子實體,其三為褐白色,擔子柄以三孢為主之子實體,後兩者之化學反應及多數形態性狀與Singer氏(1961)所記載之洋菇Agaricus bisporus (Lange) Sing. 的反應及性狀無異。
Two vegetative segregants derived from one monosporous culture of a commercially cultivated strain (#547) of Agaricus bisporus have been cultivated. Three kinds of sporophore unexpectedlly appeared in each tray of the two vegetative segregants. The first is white sporophore with majority of two-spored basidia, the second is yellowish brown sporophore with majority of four-spored basidia, and the third is whitish brown sporophore with majority of three-spored basidia.
