Abstract: 
以γ-ray 照射通率1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 10000, 及15000γ來處理洋菇543號品種之孢子。經處理後之孢子於堆肥麥芽醣混合液中其發芽率及發芽時間均和對照組相近,惟γ-ray 6000γ處理者發芽率較高且發芽較早。
Basidiospores of Agaricus bisporus are treated with irradiation of γ-ray with the dose of 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 10000 and 15000γ respectively. It was found that the germination percentage of the spores treated with 6000γ are higher than the unirradiated ones.
