Abstract: | 本研究針對目前在臺灣推廣的洋菇菌株54-3和54-7，利用強制交配技術鑑定其交配型。並以此為基礎，期能進一步育出高產量的洋菇菌種。 With the technique of nutritionally forced mating, two strains, 54-3 and 54-7, which had been distributed in Taiwan for mushroom cultivation, were used for the determination of mating types. The result would be available for the breeding of the mushroom, Agaricus bisporus. |
