Abstract: 
(一)將發育好之洋菇顆粒菌種(含水量約55%),在無菌狀況下分裝於密封之牛皮紙口袋及培養用四角瓶中,(瓶口用2mm厚泡棉封蓋)分別置於0℃, 5℃, 10℃, 15℃四種不同溫度之大型低溫恒溫箱中,每隔五日取出部分樣本測定其含水量,並作發芽試驗,結果五日後存於紙袋中者,其含水量顯著降低,但存於培養瓶中者相差很小,繼續存放十日後存放於紙袋中和培養瓶中菌種含水量均隨存放時間之增長而減少,其中存於5℃, 10℃, 15℃者極為顯著。
The growing normal granular spawn, we have to distribute in the sterile condition into close firm thick paper bags and Petri-dishes (with 2mm thick foam rubber filter in narrow mouth) and locate in four different temperatures of incubators: 0℃, 5℃, 10℃ and 15℃. Every of the fifth day we get some as a sample for testing the content of its water and also make the growing tests.
