Abstract: | 繼續本研究之第一報以同一研究法探討濕熱處理技術之應用。茲將已得之重要結果摘要如下： (一)將覆土用之土壤，裝入PE袋中(如大香腸狀)，利用後醱酵時，順便加熱處理之結果，對土壤之pH值無變化。對含水量有輕度之脫水作用，通氣性略有增加，保水力有增加之傾向。 In order to clarify the effect of "Steam Treatment" casing soil for protection of cultivated mushroom, the experiment thus were made. The results are summarized as follows: 1. To pack the casing soil into polyethylene pipe, then treat under peak heating condition, it showed that the treatment didn't affect the PH value but showed somewhat dehydration of the casing soil... |
