洋菇腫柄褐痘病之研究(II)

Abstract

使用系統性殺菌劑Benlate為中心，探求對洋菇腫柄褐痘病之防治效果。其結果摘要如下： (一)在in-vitro試驗中，Benlate在0.125ppm之稀薄濃度下對Mycogone Perniciosa有靜菌作用(洋菜稀釋法)。在2ppm時能形成抗圈，在360sec/1 ppm~15sec/125ppm之浸漬能使供試菌致死。 The experiment was made to determine the effect of some fungicides on the control of bubble disease of cultivated mushroom. The result are summarized as follows: In in-vitro test it was shown Benlate had the fungistastic effect to Mycogone porniciosa at the concentration of 0.125 ppm (agar dilution method) and the inhibition zone was formed at the concertration of 2 ppm (paper disk method).
