| dc.description.abstract | 本省的蘆筍(Asparagus：Asparagus officinalis Linn, var. altlis Linn) 栽培經一番的努力，已在"量"的方面獲得理想的產量，但對"品質"還要續研究改進栽培管理方法。因為本省的氣溫週年溫暖甚至高溫，蘆筍嫩莖很容易纖維化劣下品質。相反地，國外市場對蘆筍罐頭多講究品質問題，主要的要"香嫩而纖維少"。現在試述蘆筍的性別與有關於蘆筍品種、種子及育種問題， 俾對蘆筍增加認識，供作栽培的參考。 | en_US |
