dc.description.abstract | 1.蘆筍嫩莖中葉綠素主要分佈於表皮及0.3mm之皮層中。葉綠素之含量如以表面積為基礎表示較能與其外觀視覺一致。 1.Considering that the distribution of chlorophyll is localized mainly in the epidermis and cortex in the spears of asparagus, an expression of the content with respect to surface area was suggested, which can better reflect the optical reality of apparagus. | en_US |
