| dc.description.abstract | 在嘉南、屏東兩地區之綠蘆筍園分期採收嫩莖，分析其葉綠素及鈣、鎂、錳、鋅、銅含量，並分析土壤，以討葉綠素含量與微量要素及土壤性質間之關係。 Green asparagus spears were collected from Chiayi-Tainan and Pingtung areas in different seasons and analyzed for the chlorophyll, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu contents.
