洋菇堆肥菌床醱酵方法之研究

Abstract

為達到省工、降低生產成本及增加單位面積產量之目的，本研究完成一種新的洋菇堆肥製作方法，這種方法最主要的特點是免除了室外堆積及翻堆之過程，而直接在菌床上實施醱酵處理。 For extending the application of a composting method without outdoor composing process, a new composting method-"bed fermentation" was developed. This method is labor-saving and is preventable from loss of nutrient during preparation of compost and so can result in low investment but high yield.
