dc.description.abstract | 由全省各地區(包括北、中、南部)之土壤分離得200餘細菌菌株,利用桔抗距離測定法(spectrum-plate method),以5種培養基,即king's medium B, potato dextrose agar, nutrient agar, compost agar及Dough's agar篩選的結果,得到5種細菌菌株對洋菇褐菇病菌具有桔抗作用,且對洋菇菌絲生長亦無害,該五種菌菌株來源分別為P1,P2,P5(由埔墘田中分離而得),B1(由板橋田土分離而得)及O13(由三重果樹園土分離而得),均屬於北部地區土壤,而其中之P5及O13二個菌株在培養基中之拮抗能力優於其他三個菌株。 Five antagonists, isolated from different soils of Taiwan we e antagonistic to Pseudomonas iolaasi on different media. Isolates P1, P2, and P5 were isoIated from a bulk soil of Pukan, B1 isolated from a bulk soil of Panchiao, and O13 isolated from a rhiznsphere soil or Sanchnng. However, the primary results indicated that isolates P5 and O13 were more effective against Ps. tolaasi than the others on different media. | en_US |
