Abstract:	本試驗以收集金針菇優良菌系及探討各菌系間生長特性，以期建立金針菇菌種繁殖推廣體系，並研究金針菇栽培技術與管理方法。 Nine superior strains of Golden mushroom obtained from this country and abroad were tested for their physiological characteristics, and hence, can be devided into three categories, named Tw1、Tw2 and Tw3.
