Abstract: | 由澳洲進口之褐色豌豆種子(Australian Dun pea),其價格及品質適於作為綠色豌豆芽菜生產用。豌豆種子四百公克浸於流動清水中浸泡6-8小時,經次氯酸鈣消毒,再播於水稻育苗盤上。育苗盤以吸水紙為介質,使用方便、衛生、清潔,適於取代慣用的碎泡棉。 The experimental data revealed that the Australian Dun pea was cheap and good for green pea sprout production. Pea seeds of four hundred grams, soaked in running water for 6-8 hours, disinfected by 0.5% calcium hypochlorite, were sown in 60 x 30 x 3 cm rice seeding tray for germination. |
