PROCEEDING OF A WORKSHOP ON HORTICULTURAL PRODUCTION UNDER STRUCTURE
Abstract: 
設施蔬菜是近年來超級市場消費群的新寵兒,而其品質特性卻也成為報章雜誌經常討論的焦點。因之,本試驗乃針對溫度、日照強度(遮陰)及氮肥等環境效應來探討設施蔬菜中蛋白質、葉綠素、粗纖維、澱粉、NO3-N、NO2-N、游離醣及游離氨基酸之變化。試驗以青梗白菜為材料,利用氣根式水耕箱,在人工控制之生長室中進行生長分析。
The objectives of this studies were to investigate the influences of temperature, light intensity and nitrogen fertilizer form on the qualities of Pai-Tsai. Plants were grown in the phytotron using hydroponics, and the chemical composition of the leaf i.e. protein, starch, free suger, free amino acid, NO3-N, NO2-N, fiber, ash and chlorophyll were analysized right after harvest.
