| dc.description.abstract | 就省產一二年生蘆筍綠筍芽研究採收後之成分變化，採收後不同處理對於筍芽品質之影響，並比較上、下午不同時間採取之筍芽品質。貯藏溫度分為室溫 (27℃左右) 及低溫 (2~4℃)兩種。 Changes in Chemical constituents and some physical properties of green asparagus stalks grown in the tropics for 1 or 2 years were studied after they are harvested. | en_US |
