不同設施栽培對葉菜類蔬菜生產之影響

Abstract

為瞭解西螺地區蔬菜生產之防雨及防寒設施內環境對於葉菜類蔬菜(小白菜、莧菜、菠菜) 鮮重產量、相關生理性狀品質及營養成份(可溶固形物、水溶性醣、粗蛋白質、不溶固形物、維生素C及礦物質)之影響。 Leafy vegetables (Pak-Choi, Edible amaranth, and Spinach ) planted under structures ( net or vinyl house ) protected from the rain and cold, and the out-doors were conducted in Shilo of central Taiwan to evaluate the possibility of using structures for the vegetable production.
