| dc.description.abstract | 甘藷儲藏性蛋白質 sporamin 是甘藷塊根中一群含量非常豐富的儲藏性蛋白質，早在1987年由日本名古屋大學 Nakamura group 所發現，在往後的十年間 (1987-1997)，他們對於 sporamin 基因家族 (gene family)組成，基因表現與調控 (geneexpression and regulation) 以及蛋白質的生化與胞內之運送儲藏 (targeting and cellular accumulation) 做了非常深入的研究，他們的結論之一是：sporamin 可被運往 (targeting) 至液胞中大量儲藏，但此蛋白質不具生化活性。 | en_US |
