dc.description.abstract | 嘉義農業試驗所目前所蒐集保存的甘藷種原共1,434個品系(種),甘藷種原以試管、盆栽及田間等三種不同方式保存種原,試管的保存方法為將甘藷莖段培養於MS基本無機鹽類,添加0.4 mg/L thiaming-HCI, 100 mg/L myo-inositol, 1 mg/L IAA, 3% 葡萄糖及0.8 % Difco agar 之改良式固體培養基,可抑制培植體生長,延長繼代培養(subculture)週期達6個月,其培植體若再移植培養於3%蔗糖之改良式MS培養基中,即可迅速恢復其生長勢。 There are 1,434 varieties (strains) of sweetpotato (Ipomoea batata L. ) germplasm conserved in Chiayi Agricultural Experiment Branch by using in vitro, pot-plant and field planting. In order to prolong in the allotted time of germplasm conservation, the explant cultured on a medium including Murashige and Skoog (MS) inorganic salts supplmented with 0.4 mg/L thiamine-HCI, 100 mg/L myo-inositol, 1mg/L IAA, 3% glucose and 0.8 Difco agar, showed the growth of explant were inhibited and maintained without subculturing for a period over six months. | en_US |
