楊桃花器形態與開花習性

Abstract

本省栽培之楊桃(Averrhoa carambola L.)花器的構造及性狀具有很多變異，如花柱的長短、小花梗的大小及顏色、萼片的長度和花瓣的長寬。另外，這些花器構造可能會因氣候變化而有差異。各品種中花柱依其長短可明顯區分成長花柱型與短花柱型兩大類。花穗常以聚繖型的圓錐花序着生於當年生枝條葉腋或自二年生、多年生枝幹部位的潛伏芽。每小花晝間開放，當天夜晚閉合萎凋；冬季花朵開放程度減低。 The size and/or color of floral parts, i.e., style, pedicel, petal and sepal, in carambola (Averrhoa carambola L.) varied with different cultivars or selection linen. The structure of the floral parts may be modified by climate factors. These cultivars or selection lines could be divided into long style type and short-style type based on their stylar length. The inflorescence, a panicle of cyme, was generally derived from axillary parts of current shoots or from latent buds of stems or wood. Each flower bloomed during the daytime and wilted during the night of the same day. The extent of flower opening decreased in the winter.
