小棒鳳梨(Aechmea gamosepala)、青天鳳梨(A. tillandsioides)、紅萼鳳梨(Billbergia liboniana)細葉小鳳梨(Dyckia fosterians)的紅芽為試驗材料。切取2~3mm莖頂,置入含有arginine, glutamic acid, asparegine各25mg/l,citric acid 150 mg/l,NAA 0.1~1 mg/l,BAP 1~3 mg/l的Murashige 及Skoog(1962)液體培養基,可誘導多芽的形成。
In vitro progation of bromeliads (Aechmea gamosepala; A. Tillandsioides; Billbergia liboniana; Dyckia fosterians) were described in this study using lateral shoots as source material. Multiple-shoot arose from shoot-tip (2-3 mm) were grown on the basal medium of Murashiga and Skoog (1962) supplemented with arginine, glutamic acid, asparagine, citric acid and various concentrations of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzylamino purine (BAP).
