唐菖蒲切花保鮮技術及海運外銷之研究

Abstract

唐菖蒲切花為省產三大外銷切花之一，主要外銷日本，歷年均以空運出口，於民國69年外銷產量最高達200萬支，後因花體重，空運費高且無保鮮，品質無法保持，於70年外銷大量減少，至71年起中斷出口，73年開始研究以海運試銷，74年銷日本約180萬支，海運佔31%，75年銷日本約400萬支，海運佔73%。 Gladiolus is one of major cut flowers exported to Japan. Due to heavy in flower weight and high in air freightage, the exporting quantity has dropped sharply since 1981. For reducing the freightage, studies on transit by ship with refrigerated container was started in 1984. It was lowered from 3.4-4.0 NT$/ stalk by air to 1.2-1.8 NT$/stalk by ship but the qualities and sale prices were low because of unfitable solution (8HQS + sucrose) preteated.
