| dc.description.abstract | 為解決台灣酪梨根腐病危害問題，參考Brokaw及Frolich和Plat方法，繁殖酪梨耐病砧木品系 "Duke 7" 。 Duke 7芽條是嫁接於原已播種於黑色塑膠袋中。將嫁接 Duke 7之植株在靠接合部上端剪斷，後置於半陰處生長，已萌芽時，移入暗室中白化。 Because root rot (Phytophthora cinnommomi Rands) was a major threat to Taiwan avocado industry, root rot resistant stock propagation was very important.
