dc.description.abstract | (一)藺草品種光照處理時數愈少,其生長株高愈矮,光照處理時數愈多,其生長株高則愈高,惟品種間對光照時數及溫度之感應性有別,岡山3號在長日下生長較快,在高溫下生長較差,Asanagi在短日12小時光照處理及高溫環境下生長較快,在長日照下生長較差。 (二)各光照處理每月分?增加數及收獲前總分?數,以8小時光照處理最多,12小時光照處理次之,20小時光照處理最少,玻璃室內及室外自然光照處理較8小時光照為少。 (三)各處理收獲時品種對光照處理時數愈少,其生長株高,分?數,鮮莖重,枯莖重,枯莖重則愈低,光照時數愈多則愈高,惟品種間對光照時數及溫度之感應性有別,岡山3號在長日照下生長較好,在高溫下較差,Asanagi在短日12小時光照處理及高溫環境下生長較佳,在長日照下生長較差。乾草重及有效莖長,品種間差異不大,乾草先端枯黃長度,雖各處理有長短,但品種間差異不多。乾草之粗細,各處理間,品種間差異不顯著。 (四)藺草品種岡山3號及Asanagi在臺南試缽栽培,經8、12、16及20小時光照處理,玻璃室內及室外露天自然日長下生長,均未形成花芽分化。 1. Mat rush (Jucus effusus L. var. decipiens, Buch), the main material for weaving bed mat, grass mat, etc., has high values in economy. For the purpose of studying its physiological properties, two varieties of mat rush, Kang-shan No. 3 and Asanagi were selected as materials to study the effect of different lengths of photoperiod on their growth and yield of flower and fiber. Each of these materials was illuminated for 12, 16 and 20 hr. They were controlled by 10 hr. of natural day light and additional different lengths of artificial light treatment with 250 watt, of electric light in dark room and 8 hrs of natural light alone, and compared with natural day light as check. Check treatments were managed with natural photoperiod in greenhouse (CKI) and natural photoperiod outside of house (CKII) respectively. The growth rate of plant, per month flower blooming and yield are recorded for analysis of physiological characters. 2. The vegetative growth days, number and weight of fresh plant, and number and weight of dry plant of different varieties decreased with the decrease of daily photoperiod and increased with the increase of daily photoperiod. The photoperiodism of the different varieties differs with the different photoperiods and temperatures, Kang-shan No. 3 grows better in longer photoperiod and lower temperature, while Asanagi grows better in shorter photoperiod of 12 hr. and higher temperature. The length of dry stem and the effective stem length differ only slightly with the different varieties although the length of the dry stem differs with the different treatments. 3. The investigation of blooming situation with each treatment of photoperiod and natural photoperiod in green-house (CKI) and outside of green house (CKII) shows that the mate rush didn't grow flower buds and bloom in Tainan during the 8, 12, 16 & 20 hr photoperiod, and so do the natural photoperiods of CKI & CKII. To study the differentiation of flower buds with the treatment of 24-hour photoperiod & lower temperature to investigate the physiological characters of blooming on mat ruch in Taiwan is being continues. | en_US |
