Improving the nutritional value of wheat protein by breeding may also require some unusual genetics application. The goal of improving the nutritional value of wheat protein has stimulated world-wide interest in recent years. but will be attractive to breeders and eventually successful expense of yield, agronomic performance and product use quality. 本研究對於可能影響蛋白質變異的各種因素:如營養供給狀態、栽植密度、種子之大小、株間、株內及穗內蛋白質含量等加以探討,並提供蛋白質分析用材料之適當取樣方法,以利高蛋白質小麥品種之育成。試驗結果得知,小麥在同一試區內,蛋白質之含量不但在不同株間有顯著之差異,在株內亦有差異;在同一株內,第一穗之蛋白質含量最低,其變異量亦最小,其值按第一、第二、第三穗之次序增大。 |
