Abstract: 
Therefore, the harvester consists of a head, a picking unit and a collector which are mounted on a crawler frame equips with a 28 hp engine. The yield quality depends on the picking speed significantly. It is concluded that the rated picking speed is about 5.6 m/s for all cultivars with a damaged rate being less than 1 percent. On the view of sorting, the optimum stream speed for cleaning is 14 m/s that will process the yield less than 1 percent of foreign material. The field capacity will be forty times faster than the manual on the 0.5 m/s rated.
由於臺灣地區落花生在收穫時之植株含水率很高,其物理性質與風乾草列迥異, 導致兩段式收穫機無法在本省使用,而仍沿用傳統人工進行收穫。同時因工資高漲與勞力短 缺,使栽培落花生之收益與面積逐年銳減。為克服上述問題,勢須開發國產落花生收獲機, 以應燃眉之需。基於特殊農業環境之作業需求,本研究所設計製造之收穫機具備一貫作業之 功能; 此收穫機包含收穫頭、脫莢與集莢機構, 該作業機構則由一履帶底盤承載,並由一 28 馬力之引擎驅動。本機之脫莢速度影響收穫品質極為顯著,以每秒 5.6 公尺之額定脫莢 速轉速作業時,對所有推廣品種所產生之損傷低於百分之一。以精選之立場而言,理想之選 別風速為每秒 14 公尺,收穫物之夾雜率少於百分之一。 若以每秒 0.5 公尺之作業速度估 算,本機之作業效率為人工之四十倍。
