阿薩姆茶樹深剪更新之效果

Abstract

阿薩姆茶樹，生長年久，則樹形過高，分枝細小，枝條組織老化，養分輸送困難，抽芽緩慢，葉片較小，產量低落，幸而阿薩姆茶樹再生力極強，施以深剪，則粗枝上再萌之新芽發育粗壯，組織飽滿，輸送便利，減低樹冠之炭氮比率，葉片遂寬，伸長迅速，產量上升，故咸認深剪為阿薩姆茶樹更新恢復產量之至佳方法。 This paper discussed the result of the experiments and the demonstration projects conducted by Yuchih Tea Experiment Station for developing an appropriate method of deep pruning for the rejuvenation of Assam tea plants.
