Abstract: | 氣候變遷所帶來極端天氣發生頻率及強度增加對農業生產的衝擊是無法避免,但目前不僅氣象測站空間密度不足,同時農業環境資料庫(氣象、作物及土壤)也不完備,未來應從三方面努力。(1)農業氣象及未來氣候資訊提供:即時氣候訊息,災害發生機率及適用於農業區之未來氣候情境。(2)利用作物及氣候模式建置調適評估系統:作物模式與區域氣候模式作整合,以評估未來農業耕作問題及研提調適策略。(3)地理資訊系統及遙測技術之使用:強化農耕區空間及時間變化的解析能力,並與衛星影像結合以農耕現況及災害損失之監測。 Climate Change results the frequent and severe disasters that insert impacts on the agricultural production. The trend seems unavoidable. In addition to the problems of insufficient spatial distribution of weather stations and incomplete agricultural environment database (including meteorology, crops and soil parameters), research on three aspects are suggested in the future: first, provision of meteorology and weather information, including instant meteorological data, occurring probability of disasters, and applicable weather scenarios for different agricultural areas; second, establishment of an adaptation evaluating system using crop-weather model system that integrates crop model and regional climate model for solving the future agriculture farming problem and providing an adaptation strategies; third, use of geographic information system and remote sensing technique, especially to enhance the resolution ability in term of spatial and temporal aspects in agricultural area and to combine with satellite images for monitoring the current agricultural conditions and damages from disasters. |
