稻葉枯病菌 Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae不同分離株間細胞封膜組成分之差異

Abstract

Xanthomonas campertris pv. oryzae 為水稻白葉枯病之病原細菌。本試驗選取由本省中北部地區罹病植株所分離得之細菌19株，供分析比較細胞外圍之組成分，包括胞外多醣 (exopoly-saccharide, EPS)、脂多醣(lipopolysaccharide, LPS) 之獨有成分 3-deoxymannooctulosonicacid(KDO)、黃色素xanthomonadins 之吸光譜與對三種噬菌體 Xp10、Xp12 及Xf 之敏感性。 Nineteen strains of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae isolated from diseased rice plants in the central and northern areas of Taiwan were analyzed to compare their compositions of the cell surface, including the amounts of exopolysaccharide (EPS), and 3-deoxymannooctulosonic acid (KDO) the unique component of lipo-polysaccharide (LPS) in the outer membrane, absorption spectra of the pigment xanthomonadins, susceptibility to phages Xp10, Xp12 and Xf, virulence and invertase levels.
