Abstract: 
以稉型水稻品種台農67號及秈稉稻雜種四組合之後代進行花藥培養,目的在探討癒傷組織形成早晚,移植日齡與分化能力之關係。試驗結果發現,花藥培養後49天內所形成之癒傷組織,在原培養基上生長13天內,再移植至分化培養基,最具分化能力,亦最易形成綠小株。
Relationships between the time of callus initiation, callus age and the ability of organ regeneration from anther-derived calli were studied by the japonica rice cultivar Tainung 67 and the progenies of 4 japonica × indica crosses. It was found that the time of callus induction from anthers and callus age were important to plantlet development.
