低溫處理對水稻花藥癒傷組織形成效果之研究

Abstract

本試驗之目的在研究培養基與低溫處理對水稻花藥培養之交互影響，並將所得結果實際應用於花藥培養之水稻品種改良。結果發現 D 培養基配合稻穗 7-8 ℃之低溫處理一星期，可使水稻花藥培養癒傷組織之形成較 A 培養基提高 4 倍之多。 The objectives of this study were to examine the reciprocal-effect between media and cold treatment on rice anther culture. Results obtained could thus be applied on rice breeding program. The inflorescence of rice was firstly pretreated at 7-8 ℃ for one week, anthers were then dissected and inoculated on D medium.
