本試驗從倍數體間之雜交組合獲得之後代種子,播種後調查,從 2X, 3X 及 4X後代個體中初選多數無花青素品系。從 Af × Af 28 個組合之雜交中,有13個組合後代全為無花青素個體,13個組合出現 1-2株含花青素個體,有二個組合出現白苗率 16.8%,可能親本高白苗率有關。
To obtain anthocyanin-free of asparagus plants, by reciprocal crosses between diploid and autotetraploid, were conducted and processed under this hybridization test. When 28 combinations of Af × Af crosses, the progenies of 13 combinations were anthocyanin-free ( Af ), but others had more or less anthocyanin-containing ( Ac ) progenies.
