蠟質玉米全套染色體轉座之遺傳研究及其同源系之育種

Abstract

利用玉米全套轉座染色體系統可以簡便的釐定各種基因歸屬之染色體，但目前廣泛使用之轉座系統系以蠟質基因為標識，因此在利用之前需先明瞭蠟質基因是否會影響農藝性狀的表現。此外染色體轉座亦可能影響玉米某些基因之表現，因此本論文中分別探討蠟質基因與染色體轉座對於其他性狀的影響，以作為日後利用轉座系統時之參考。 The reciprocal translocation stocks can be used to locate genes on the specific chromosomes. Since the waxy gene is widely used as the marker gene in the study of reciprocal translocations, it is necessary to identify whether it will effect the expressions of genes to be located. On the other hands, the reciprocal translocation stocks should have the same genetic background before it can be effectively utilized as the tools for genetic analysis.
