Abstract: 
本文報導利用氣根及葉的培養,大量繁殖腎蕨(Nephrolepis auriculate)及鹿角蕨(Platycerium bifurcatun majus)的方法。
腎蕨:將1 cm 的氣根培養於含有2 mg/1 IAA (indole-3-acetic acid)及2 mg/l kinetin (6-furfuryl aminopurine)之MS培養基中所生之葉,以垂直方向插植於含有0.1 mg/l NAA (naphthaleneacetic acid) 及2mg/l BA (6-benzyladenine)之MS培養基中,擬似芽體將在培養40~60天後自羽狀葉基部產生,繼代培養這些芽體可得到比氣根培養更快速的繁殖方法,
鹿角蕨:將長寬各約1 cm,切自2~3 cm寬鹿角蕨幼葉之葉割體(leaf explants),培養於含有170 mg/1 NaH2PO4,80 mg/l adenine sulfate, 15 mg/l IAA 及3%蔗糖之基本MS培養基中,可獲大量的不定芽,利用這種方法,在6-8個月的短時間內,可自一個葉割體繁殖近百萬株的植物體。
An in vitro method to propagate nephrolepis fern (N. auriculata) and staghorn fern (Platycerium bifurcatum Majus.) from runner tips and leaf explants was reported in this paper.
For Nephrolepis fern, 1-cm section of a runner tip was cut and grown in Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing 2 mg/l IAA (indole-3-acetic acid) and 2 mg/l kinetin. The leaves obtained from runner tip culture were then cultured in a vertical attitude on MS medium containing 0.1 mg/l NAA (naphthalene acetic acid) and 2.0 mg/l BA (6-benzyladenine). About 40-60 days after planting, shoot-like structure were producted at the cut end of leaf. More rapid propagation than runner tip culture could be obtained by subculturing these shoot-like structure into MS salts containing 3% sucrose medium.
