Abstract: 
經篩選45種藥劑,發現Benlate. Benlate-T, Benlate-C, Bavistin, Vegeta等在3,000倍濃度處理100%自然感染苗枯病菌之高粱種子時,殺菌力可達100%,且對種子發芽率尚有促進的效果。進一步實驗得知Benlate處理12hr效果最佳,Bavisin則須處理14hr。以Benlate-T處理種子於清水鎮楊姓農友田作第一次田間試驗(1978年春作,播種後40天,未處理區之缺株率為處理區的24.9%,株高亦達5%之顯著差異。
