本論驗以台南選九號，台南11號，Beni Bunch 三品種第三未展開葉片為材料，探討GA3 與 ABA 對不同品種之落花生葉片中蔗糖轉化酶 (invertase) 活性之影響，結果如下：
1.GA3 與 ABA 對落花生第三未展開葉蔗糖轉化酶活性均有增加的效果，其中 10^-4M GA3 與 10^-5M ABA 效果較好。ABA 對蔗糖轉化酶活性促進效果比 GA3 大，此二種植物荷爾蒙對台南11號及 Beni Bunch 中非可溶性蔗糖轉化酶活性的促進效果較可溶性者大，而台南選九號以可演溶性蔗糖轉化酶對 GA3 與 ABA 反應較明顯。
Changes in the activity of inverstase in excised 3rd unexpened leaves of three peanut cultivars (TN(S)-9, TN-11, Beni Bunch) after GA3 and ABA application have been examined. The results are summarized as follows:
The treatment of different concerntrations of GA3 and ABA could significantly increase the invertase activity in the 3rd leaf of peanuts. It was observed that the most efficent concentration of GA3 and ABA were 10^-4M and 10^-5M, respectively. The promotion of invertase activity treated by ABA was much higher than that by GA3.
