Abstract: | 試驗一係針對國內玫瑰切花容易發生開放不完全進行改進,以國內大宗切花 ‘佳娜紅’、‘新香檳’二品種試驗,以立即吸水及陰置1~4 小時後再吸水共5 項處理,結果以立即吸水組獲得較好的開放程度,兩品種在第3 天有90%以上的全開放程度。試驗二以‘佳娜紅’、 ‘黛安娜’二品種為材料,發現在田間採收後以漂白水200ppm 處理可明顯地減少垂頸現象,有助於提昇切花之品質,由於此二項試驗之方法均簡易可行,可推薦農民使用。 Two experiments related with flower opening and bent neck of cut roses were conducted. In 1st experiment, 50% of cut flowers that were put in shading house 2-4 hours and then absorbed water failed to open. The flower wilting phenomenon improved if cut flower absorbed water immediately after harvest. Ninety percent of cut flower opened on 3rd day if flowers were handled properly. Bent neck phenomenon decreased when 200ppm bleach was used as preservative . The results of two experiments could be easily transfer to growers to improve post-harvest handling and cut flower quality. |
