Abstract: | 將八十餘種蔬菜及四十餘種水果於不同溫度之貯藏資訊及彩色貯藏圖片,編成「臺灣蔬菜的儲存手冊及「臺灣水果的貯藏」手冊。並將這些貯藏資訊建入「蔬果貯藏資料庫資訊網站」(www.firdi.org.tw),包括:採後處理之基礎知識、預冷技術、水果輸入不同國家之檢疫處理要求、水果檢索、.蔬菜檢索及附錄等項目。「水果檢索」及「蔬菜檢索」可藉鍵入「水果關鍵字」、「蔬菜關鍵字」或點選「水果分類」、「蔬菜分類」,搜尋引擎即可找到需檢索的作物。各作物的內容包括:中名、分類、英名、學名、別名、產期、最適貯藏溫度及相對溼度、冷害、貯藏期限、採後處理之資訊及採後處理之相關圖片。 “The Storage of Taiwan Vegetables ” (ISBN 957-9055-14-9) and “The Storage of Taiwan Fruits ” (ISBN 957-9055-63-7) Handbook were published. They include the storage of 83 popular vegetables and 43 fruits respectively. Information on various aspects including Chinese name, English name, scientific name, alias, production season, the optimum storage temperature and humidity, chilling injury, storage life and photographs etc. are provided for each fruit and vegetables. “The Information of Fruits and Vegetables Storage” Internet has been established (www.firdi.org.tw), including “The basic knowledge of postharvest handling and storage”, “Precooling technology”, “Quarantine demands of different countries” and “the storage information of more than forty locally produced fruits and eighty vegetables”. |
