dc.description.abstract本研究進行數種台灣產生藥之抗脂質過氧化及清除自由基能力之活性評估。抗脂質過氧化之實驗以FeC12-Ascorbic acid誘發脂質過氧化,再用TBA法測其Malondialdehyde (MDA)之含量,以評估抗脂質過氧化之能力。清除自由基能力之實驗首先以Cytochrome c還原比色法初步評估生藥清除超氧自由基(•O2-)之能力,最後採用Hypoxanthine-Xanthine Oxidase (HPX/XOD)和Fenton反應體系分別產生Superoxide radical (Superoxide Anion Radical;•O2-)及Hydroxyl radical(•OH),以5,5-Dimethylpyrroline-N-oxide (DMPO)作為Spin aduct捕捉劑,並以電子自旋共振(ESR)技術直接且精確的觀察生藥對氧自由基的清除作用。實驗結果顯示欖仁葉、苧麻根、山(青)苧麻根、兩種白花蛇舌草(繖花龍吐珠、水線草)、粟米草等數種台灣產生藥具有不同程度的抗氧化、清除自由基的活性。en_US
