Abstract: | 本試驗係以本省民間最常見亦最常用之本土性保健植物;黃花蜜菜、黃水茄、山七層塔、欖仁樹葉片與含羞草等五種為主原料,分別調配砂糖、蜂蜜、甜菊等三種甘味料,試製成小顆粒狀即溶性茶包,經試製品評結果以黃花蜜菜添加蜂蜜之組方風味最理想,其次為欖仁葉添加甜菊葉,製造之流程為;原料採收→清洗→乾燥→粉碎→熬煮→過濾→濃縮→噴霧乾燥→造粒作業→裝袋→包裝→成品。經噴霧乾燥過程之製品有吸濕結塊之缺點,此可添加0.5-10%之乳糖或0.2%食品級5102加以防止。 There are 300 Kinds of Herds used by the people in Taiwan. The object of this experiment is to select goof materials for heath dring from those herbs. We had selected five kinds which are Wedelia chinensis Merr, Solanum incanum Linn, Terminalia catappa Linn,Mimosa pudica Linn,Salvia plebeia R. Br. and used minis- pray dryer to produce instant drink powder. The result of the experiment : The best fornular materials were Wedelia chinensis Merr, with honey. The conditions of spray dryer are as follow inlet temperature 120 ℃, out temperature 95 ℃ , wind flow 600hl/hr. The process of the producted is material prepairing → washing → slice cuttling → drying → water boiling → smell adjusting → powder making → packing → product. |
