蘆筍的產業與研究

Abstract

本文敘述蘆筍由創立亞熱帶、熱帶地區獨特之留母莖栽培法，進而躍登全世界蘆筍生產及罐頭出口第一位之傑出成果，被認為蘆筍生產事業之奇蹟，此外並說明產業之興衰，栽培技術之突破與改進，適合品種之培育，加工製罐之改進及研究上之成果等，對蘆筍產業有莫大貢獻。 The innovation of an unique mother stalk cultural method of asparagus in Taiwan in recent decades has been breakthrough for the industry. Taiwan had become the first country in the whole world of asparagus production and canned asparagus exports within few years. This great accomplishment is considered an asparagus miracle. A general review of the asparagus industry, improvement of cultural techniques, breeding of suitable variety, improvement of canning techniques, valuable research work etc. are included. All of these have made great contribution to the asparagus industry in Taiwan and the whole world alike.
