dc.description.abstract | 為探討大規模繁殖及推廣柑橘健康苗時可能遭遇之問題,並供正常運作之參考,民國75年由嘉義農業試驗分所於該所溪口農場網室,育成柑橘健康苗7,000株,包括椪柑2,000株、桶柑2,000株、白柚1,000株、文旦1,000株、葡萄柚1,000株,於宜蘭、臺北、新竹、南投、彰化、嘉義、臺南、高雄、花蓮等縣遴選隔離且適宜種植柑橘之地區計19處試種,每處種植面積1~2公頃,於75年2~6月間種植完成。觀察其種植後之生長情形,獲得下述結論:一、健康苗之生長勢較一般非無毒化苗木有顯著之強勢。二、健康苗種植於田間後,如無適當之保護與防治,其罹病蟲害之機率與一般非無毒化苗木相同。三、如種植方法不當,與一般苗木同樣易發生根腐病。四、目前尚未發現有罹患立枯病或毒素病之植株。 For collecting the datas on management of citrus orchard with healthy budlings as planting materials in Taiwan, that will help to solve some problems may be faced in the further recomendation of the practice. There were 2,000 of ponkan, 2,000 of tankan, 1,000 of paiyu (white pummelo), 1,000 of wentan (buntan pummelo) and 1,000 of grapefruit budlings were raised in Chikou farm of Chia-yi Agricultural Experimental Station, TARI. Then distributed and planted in famers’ orchards with the acreage about 1-2Ha. each in different parts of the island including Yu-lan, Tai-pei, Hsin-chu, Nan-tou, Chang-hwa, Chia-yi, Tai-nan, Kao-hsiung and Hua-lien County during the period around February to June 1986. The general performances of these trees were as followed: 1. The healthy materials are more vigorously grown than the ordinary ones. 2. The healthy and ordinary materials will be infected by pests and pathogens in equally level if they did not properly managed. 3. Both materials will be infected by Phytophthora fungus if planted too deep or at water-log spots. 4. None of the healthy materials planted in 1986 showed any Likubin or other virus infected symptons in the fields since April, 1988. | en_US |
