Abstract: | 發展生物農藥取代化學農藥供植物保護應用為 1995 年以來政府為強化國家在全球生物技術產業發展領域國際競爭力所推動的重點科技建設之一,過去這十餘年來在政府政策性激勵下,各相關大學與科研單位在有關生物資源開發、病蟲害防治成效評估、發酵量產技術建立、配方製劑與應用效果改進、以及田間試驗實際應用效果與經濟效益評估等,所投入的人力、物力極為可觀,其在包括微生物殺蟲劑與微生物殺菌劑量產與應用研究發展上,既有的產出結果也極為豐碩,然而在進一步相關技術的產業界承接與商品化應用方面,成效彰顯相當有限,本報告將以枯草桿菌Bacillussubtilis WG6-14 菌株與鏈黴菌Streptomyces griseobrueneaus S3 菌株所經歷微生物殺菌劑發展與技轉產業界商品化應用為例,討論相關過程中所遭遇的問題,並對在改進目前技轉機制與登記應用上有待努力的工作,拋磚引玉提出個人之看法,期盼其可進而經由討論匯集各方專業的共識,以裨益國內生物農藥產業之發展。 Development and application of biopesticides as alternatives for chemical pesticide application is one of the government promugated prime-subjects since 1995 in Taiwan to strengthen the international competitiveness of the nation among global biotechnology industry realms. Over the past decade, tremendous efforts were devoted for the bioresource exploration, pest control efficacy evaluation, fermentation mass production technique establishment, formulation and efficacy improvement, field trial efficacy and economic value verification, etc. Voluminous fruitful successes regarding to the mass production and application of microbial insecticides or microbial fungicides had been accomplished. However, the success of industrial adaption and marketing exploration so far had been very limited. In the works to be presented, experiences learned from development and spin-off of Bacillus subtilis strain WG6-14 and Streptomyces griseobrueneaus strain S3 as biofungicides will be used to address the problems encountered and the efforts that needed to improve the technology transferring and the product registration. The main intention of the presentation is to sparkle through forum discussion certain concerted resolution that would benefit the biopesticide industry development. |
